We pick up your groceries ourselves from major retailers and deliver them to your door, on the schedule we arrange with you. Your personal shopper packs your order with care. Our goal is friendly and reliable service that brings you quality food and makes your weekly shopping easy, so that you can spend more time with loved ones and less time worrying about your next grocery trip.

Submit your grocery order list using the form below or give us a call. Be sure to include details such as preferred grocery stores and brands.

2. Schedule your delivery
A member of our team will be in touch with you to confirm your order and schedule a delivery window.

3. Accept your order and pay
Upon delivery of your order, reimburse your courier for the total cost of the groceries in addition to the delivery fee.

LEADERSHIP
Kelly Baptiste was born in La Fortune, St Patrick, Grenada. At age 4, he immigrated to Hamilton, with his parents and his older sister. Kelly is a graduate of Barton Secondary School and attended Mohawk College to study Business Insurance. He is a father to a beautiful daughter and values family and community. Kelly has worked in customer service for over 12 years and has received multiple awards for his dedication to excellent customer service. In a world of advancing technology, Kelly believes that face to face interaction is critical in building and maintaining a strong lasting community. This is where the idea of Bags2Go came from. Kelly's diverse and talented team works hard to ensure customer orders are always delivered accurately and with a smile.

1. Is there a membership fee?
No, we do not have a membership fee.

2. What are hours of operation for calling in a phone order?
Tuesdays – Fridays, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

3. Is there a markup on items?
No, there are no markups, Prices are based on in store prices and currents sales.

4. Can I order from more than one store?
Yes , you can order items from more than one store, the list must specify which items are coming from which store.

5. Do you price match?
If you send us to a store for a certain item and another store we are going to offers it for a lower price, we will do our very best to price match.

5. How fast can I get my groceries?
Grocery deliveries are scheduled on a case by case basis. We will arrange a schedule with you directly. Deliveries are typically completed within 48 hours of confirming the client order.

5. How do I pay for my order?
We accept cash, debit, credit, and PayPal.
